Vinyl is compatible with Cricut, Silhouette, and most major cutters.
* Indoor durability is indefinite up to 5 years * Outdoor durability is up to 5 years * Vinyl is 3 mils
Vinyl is NOT Heat Transfer vinyl or Printable vinyl. Not recommended for interior walls because it could damage wall surfaces when removed.

How to Select Colors:
Vinyl Ease Permanent Adhesive colors of vinyl to choose from:
White, Matte White, Black, Matte Black, Clear, Grey, Metallic Silver, Metallic Gold, Beige, Light Yellow, Yellow, Lilac, Lavender, Violet, Purple, Pink, Hot Pink, Tomato Red, Red, Wine Red, Maroon, Lime Green, Light Green, Green, Sky Blue, Vivid Blue, Blue, Turquoise, Orange, Brown
How to communicate your color selection to us:
1. Use the eBay checkout notes. (Please remember to save your notes message before continuing on to pay us via paypal)
2. Via SMS Text message to our customer service phone/text number 214 531 7822
3. Via direct message to us via the eBay messaging system
4. You must order vinyl using the SPECIFIC COLOR NAME listed on the color chart.
5. Please note that the notes section has a limited amount of characters available in that 'notes' field
You can pay only with PayPal or you may call us at: 214 531 7822 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST Monday through Friday to pay us with your major credit card.
Payments with PayPal eChecks take an average of four 4 business days to clear.
Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. We will file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay if payment is not received after 7 days of your purchase.
We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax for any order shipping to Texas addresses.
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order:
1. USPS Prioroity Mail is FREE to the 48 Contiguous States, AK, HI, Puerto Rico and APO addresses. USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (we decide on which depending on shipment weight)
2. Customers who pay through PayPal must provide a confirmed shipping address. We reserve the right not to ship to non-confirmed PayPal shipping address. We are not responsible for wrong or non-deliverable addresses. We are not responsible if we ship your order to an address that does not receive our selected method of shipment. (unless notified in writing before shipment) Please make sure you have the correct shipping address at checkout and on your PayPal account.
3. Orders placed before 6pm CST Sunday through 6pm CST Thursday will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 6pm CST on Thursday will ship the following Monday. (Holidays are exceptions)
4. Local pickup / will call service is not available.
5. Expedited shipping is NOT available
We are the distributor of the vinyl and accessories.  All items are warranted to be new and packaged at our facility in Denison, Texas.
Returns:
All returns must be processed through the eBay returns process. Items must be returned within 60 days after date of invoice. Please email us via eBay messaging system for return instructions before returning items to us. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping, handling cost and insurance. We strongly recommend that you insure any items being returned to us. Any items being returned must include the invoice number and be sent to:

We will return your email within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
We ship your product within 1 business day after payment has been confirmation and cleared.
We ship by UPS ground OR by USPS Priority Mail. (We will decide the best method of shipment.)
If you cannot receive an order from either UPS or the USPS then you will need to inform us in writing at the time of your payment.
Shipping notifications should be emailed to you via eBay or Paypal after your order ships.
