Offered is a remarkably clean copy of the 1887 NJ Geology Report & it's accompanying rear pocket State map. The text covers geologic, topographic & geodetic surveys, water supply, stats, drainage, misc. subjects, etc. Illustrated with a State topographic map in the text & in a rear envelope 26" X 30" color State map; Again, rarely have we found these books & particularly the  maps in top condition. The map is in bright Fine condition--to keep it that way, we've limited the scans; other than slight toning on the cover edges, the book is Fine; the envelope that contained the map is loose in the rear.
