    Vintage Suffering Moses Paper Mâché Brass Lined Hand Painted  9 1/4" Bowl Made in Kashmir India.
    The bowl is painstakingly and beautifully hand painted with a countryside scene of people and animals, too vivid and complex to describe with words.  Please see photos.
    The bowl is made from lacquered Papier-Mâché and lined with brass.  This bowl measures 9 1/4" and  3 1/2” high.  It weighs 1 lb.. 3 ounces.
    The bottom of the bowl is signed "Suffering Moses" Kashmir, India.   The bowl is in good,  used condition with some scuff marks on the base commiserate with its' age and some discoloration of the brass lining of the bowl.
